Shipping & delivery
Drivelume fulfills every order from US warehouses. Domestic only for now — predictable transit, no surprise duties, and tracking the moment your label is printed.
Where we ship
Currently, all Drivelumeorders ship to addresses within the United States — all 50 states, plus APO/FPO/DPO. We don't offer international shipping yet. If you're outside the US and want to be notified when cross-border fulfillment goes live, drop your email on the homepage's fitment-alerts waitlist.
From warehouse to doorstep
Processing & transit
Two windows add up to your total delivery time. Processing happens at our warehouse; transit is the carrier's leg to your door.
Processing
1–3 business days
Orders are picked, packed, and labeled from our US warehouse the same or next business day.
Transit
3–7 business days
Final-mile delivery after the label is scanned by the carrier. Total door-to-door: roughly 4–10 business days.
Tracking arrives by email
Every order gets a shipment-confirmation email with the carrier name and a live tracking link the moment the label is created — typically the same business day your order leaves the warehouse. If you don't see it within two business days, check spam or reach out via the contact page.
Free shipping
Standard shipping is free over $75
Cart totals above that threshold ship free via standard delivery to any US address. Below it, a flat-rate shipping fee is calculated at checkout. The threshold is a placeholder — final pricing lands before we ship launch.
A few fine-print details
- Orders to PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, and freight forwarders may add 1–2 days on top of the standard transit window.
- Weekends and US federal holidays are excluded from processing time — we don't cut labels on Sundays.
- If a delay happens on our end, you'll hear from us before you have to ask.
