The minimum-necessary pledge
We collect the smallest amount of data we can run the store on, keep it for the shortest time we have to, and never sell it, rent it, or trade it to a third party for advertising. The rest of this page spells out exactly what that means in practice.
Data we collect
What we collect, and why
Two sides of the same coin — the categories of data we touch, paired with the specific job each one does. Nothing here is collected for advertising or data-broker resale.
What we collect
Order data (items, shipping address, payment confirmation), contact data (email for receipts and shipment updates), and basic device telemetry (browser, country, referrer) so we can prevent fraud and debug checkout. That is it.
Why we collect it
To fulfil the order you placed, to send you the receipt and tracking number, to respond when you contact support, and to detect fraudulent transactions before they cost you a chargeback. We do not collect anything we cannot justify on that list.
How we use it
Fulfil your order and provide tracking; respond to your support emails; detect fraudulent transactions and protect your saved payment methods; and improve the store based on aggregated, de-identified usage. We do not sell customer data to third-party advertisers, and we do not pass it on to data brokers for resale. Marketing email only goes out if you opt in, and every message includes an unsubscribe link.
Your choices & rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it outside of what we are legally required to retain (tax and fraud records). Send the request from the email address on the order and we'll reply within 30 days — usually sooner. If you have an account, account deletion can be initiated from the account settings page.
Cookies & analytics
We use first-party cookies for cart and checkout state, and a privacy-preserving analytics tool that does not set cross-site advertising identifiers. We do not deploy Facebook, Google Ads, or other third-party advertising trackers, and we do not run retargeting pixels on this storefront.
